  • Students who register for a course through the registrars office are batch enrolled 2 weeks prior to the start of the semester.
  • You will need to enroll / unenroll students during the Drop / Add period.

New Features

Global Navigation and My Blackboard - watch it
Now all your academic information is organized in one place,   providing a consistant quick and easy way to find everything.

My Blackboard Profile - watch it

Learn how to create your Blackboard Profile. Your profile is completely separate from your Blackboard account so you can add a picture, a nickname, and even information from Facebook and Twitter. Share your profile with other people within the school so they can get to know you.

Video Everywhere - watch it
Use the content editor in Blackboard to create video using your webcam. Upload your recordings directly to YouTube™ using your registered Google® account and YouTube channel.

Social Learning Tools - watch it
With the new social learning tools available,  you and your students can discover, connect, and collaborate.  The new social learning tools allow users to learn from each other through social, informal means - complementing the more formal classroom and online course experiences.

Profiles - watch it
Profiles allow you to create your online academic identity and share only what you want to share. Profiles include a profile wall for communication and the ability to message and follow other users to make connections and build your learning network.

Calendar - watch it
The Calendar in Blackboard Learn has been significantly enhanced:
When accessed from My Blackboard the calendar displays a consolidated view of all course and personal calendar events. Calendar events are color coded by course.

Inline Grading - watch it
When an Instructor views a document submitted through an Assignment, that document is converted to a format that is viewable inside the web browser.
Supported document types that can be converted are Word (DOC, DOCX), PowerPoint (PPT, PPTX), Excel (XLS, XLSX), and PDF (PDF).
The converted document is displayed in a viewer on the Grade Assignment page. Formatting and embedded images of the original document are preserved in the conversion.
