Health Services
The health services staff is comprised of nurses and physicians. Students are seen on a walk-in basis and should bring their student ID.
All full-time graduate and undergraduate students attending Merrimack College must obtain the required Massachusetts state mandated immunizations and also complete the mandatory health forms. These forms are available at the right of this page titled Health Forms.
The completed health forms must be submitted to the Hamel Health Center by July 1, 2013.
Health Services: Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, Merrimack Police Services can assist with calling for an ambulance by calling x5911. The Emergency Rooms at Holy Family and Lawrence General Hospitals provide 24-hour medical care.
Off-Campus Services After Hours
For medical treatment when the office is closed, students may use off-campus services. The following local services are available and students should bring their health insurance card.
