Merrimack has a limited amount of graduate housing for the 2013-2014 year which is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Accepted students who are interested in housing should submit a $250 housing deposit as soon as possible.

You may pay a housing deposit online at www.afford.com/merrimack or by mailing a $250 check (made payable to Merrimack College) with a complete housing card which may be downloaded by clicking on the right side of this page. Students who wish to pay both an enrollment deposit and a housing deposit may write one check.

Graduate apartments are equipped with two bedrooms(2 students per bedroom), one and one-half baths, a kitchen, and a living room. The St. Thomas Community room is located adjacent to C tower and has a large space for students to gather to study or socialize. A bedroom measures approximately 13’ x 11’. In addition to traditional bedroom furniture, the apartments are furnished with a couch, kitchen table, and kitchen chairs.
Meal Plans — A meal plan is not required for graduate students, however, you may purchase one if you wish. Various meal plans are available, offering options from 19 meals a week down to five, depending on your needs. Visit http://merrimackdining.com/plans/index.html for additional information.
