    Have you ever considered incorporating an international component into one of your courses? Have you wanted to teach a course abroad, but simply had no idea where to start? If so, then this workshop led by study abroad veteran Professor Kathleen Shine Cain will be a wonderful opportunity for you to come and hear from faculty who have led different types of short-term study abroad courses for Merrimack, discover what it might offer your teaching, learn how it can be done, and get answers to those questions you always wanted to ask.

    What does the growing emphasis upon international education mean for Merrimack’s students? What does it offer our classrooms and teaching here on-campus and our disciplines? Come to panel discussion on the critical importance of education abroad today.  On Tuesday, October 11 please come to a panel discussion hosted on the challenges and the potential of these global education for students and faculty at Merrimack College. Panelists include:

    • Dr. Michael Wolf, Deputy President and Chief Academic Officer of CAPA Global Education Network;
    • Dr. Isabelle Cherney, Dean of the School of Education and Social Policy
