Student Organization Resources
Welcome to your student organization forms and important documents!
All student organizations need to complete their Fall 2012 registration. In order to complete your registration and access your SGA budget and other resources please fill out the Student Organization Registration Form Fall 2012, have your advisor fill out and sign the Advisor Consent Form, and have every member of your organization initial and sign their own copy of the Anti-Hazing Agreement - please return these to us in a complete package.
Four of your executive members must attend one of the
SOUL sessions listed below. You do not need to all attend the same session.
All sessions will take place in the Mack Shack located on the 2nd floor of the Sakowich Campus Center.
Friday, September 7 4-5:30pm
Monday, September 10 10-11:30am
Tuesday, September 11 3:00-4:30pm
Thursday, September 13 1-3:30pm
Wednesday, September 19 2-3:30pm
Friday, September 21 10-11:30am
All student organizations registration materials are due to the Office of Student Involvement by Friday, September 21, 2012.
