Michael Hyatt will begin the day speaking about building your platform, getting noticed an turning your platform into real business.  Hyatt will also discuss what he refers to as your ‘embassies’ on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest and other social media sites.

Michael Hyatt is the former chairman and CEO of Thomas Nelson Publishing, the seventh-largest trade book publishing company in the U.S.  He is the author of “Platform: Get Noticed in a Noisy World” (Thomas Nelson).  It is a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today best seller.

Brian Halligan, CEO & Co-Founder of Hubspot

The second speaker of the day is Brian Halligan, CEO and co-founder of HubSpot, a marketing software company he co-founded six years ago to help businesses transform the way they market their products.  He is a senior lecturer at MIT.  For more information, see www.hubspot.com/company/management/brian-halligan/  Since its founding, HubSpot has accumulated over 7,500 customers.
