Human Resources Mission Statement

In partnership with all institutional stakeholders, the Office of Human Resources is committed to maximizing the value of Merrimack College’s greatest asset, its Human Capital through the creation of a culture, infrastructure, policies and programs that enable the College to recruit, develop, reward and retain an exceptional workforce aligned with and enabled to complete the College’s strategic initiatives and support its values.  Human Resources will add value as a partner while consistently striving to balance the business needs of the institution with the rights and dignity of each individual.
