Assistant Professor of Criminology
Merrimack College’s Department of Criminology invites applications for a tenure track position at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin in the Fall of 2014.
The successful candidate will teach required courses in Research Methodology in Criminology and Statistics in Criminology. Candidates must be willing to offer courses in two or more of the following areas: criminal justice policy; youth, deviance, and crime; corporate and white collar crime; terrorism and global crime. Required background includes a Ph.D. at time of appointment, teaching experience, and evidence of scholarly activity. Commitment to interdisciplinary teaching, collaboration, and supporting students in a growing criminology program is essential.
