Merrimack professors combine academic distinction with extensive clinical and industry experience, offering practical insights that go far beyond standard textbook curriculum. Our healthcare leadership graduate degree equips you with a full suite of evidence-based methods and professional tools. The completion of this program will position graduates to pursue professional opportunities such as C.E.O., Vice President, division leaders, or practice management. Additionally, students will be positioned to continue onto doctoral programs.

"The Masters in Healthcare Leadership Program allows individuals to gain the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills required to achieve their professional leadership goals. Students can balance existing work and family commitments while attending the program as either a full or part-time student. There is no residency or internship requirement. The program is 100% online and asynchronous format, allowing for flexibility of scheduling."
