Students who study abroad on one of Merrimack College’s approved semester or year programs will continue to pay tuition, room and board to Merrimack College and keep all financial aid.

Additional study abroad costs include:

  • Airfare
  • Money for personal expenses and travel
  • Books
  • Visa application (if applicable)
  • $800 study abroad fee
  • Cell phone and communication costs
  • Please visit individual program page to learn about additional costs.
 

Withdrawing from your program: For semester and full-year programs students are committed to full payment for their study abroad program once they have completed the acceptance of offer form. Students participating in a short-term study abroad program are not eligible for a refund once payments have been made. Please contact the Office of International Programs with financial questions pertaining to your specific program.
