Merrimack Midnight Madness

More than 1,000 Merrimack College fans showed their colors (blue and gold) late Friday evening, welcoming their 2013-14 men's and women's basketball teams as part of the annual Midnight Madness held in Hammel Court.

The fans were not disappointed as they watched and cheered on their basketball players (and even President Hopey) showing off their skills, competing in relay races, an athlete versus faculty 3-point contest, and a thrilling dunk contest.  There were special performances by the cheerleaders, dance team, and the women’s basketball team and the event ended with confetti raining down on the floor.
