Marybeth McInnis practices law with McInnis Law office in North Andover, Massachusetts. Marybeth is a member of the Probate Section of both the American and Massachusetts Bar Associations; the Estate Planning Section of the Boston Bar Association; and the Lawrence Bar Association.
Marybeth is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Merrimack Valley YMCA and served as the Director of the Board of the Friends of Merrimack College. Marybeth frequently speaks to charitable organizations about estate and gift tax planning. Marybeth serves as Trustee/Corporate Clerk of the James W. O’Brien Foundation, Inc., a Massachusetts charitable corporation. In addition, Marybeth serves as the Co-Trustee of the Florida and Charles Foisy Foundation. Most recently, Marybeth was nominated to serve as a Director of Georgetown Bancorp, Inc.
Marybeth attended Holy Cross College, Lesley College, and Suffolk University Law School where she sits on the Dean’s Advisory Committee. Marybeth constantly continues her legal education in the areas of estate planning and is an annual participant in the premier estate planning program at Miami’s Heckerling Institute.
