Password Management

(Also known as: Password Reset, SSRPM)

Support:     Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
                    Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
                    Sunday, 4 p.m. - 10 p.m. 

The Password Management service found in mackapps.merrimack.edu, allows authorized account holders to reset their own password should they forget it. The service also synchronizes the same password among all systems, eliminating the need for multiple password changes.

The Password Management system stores three sets of questions and answers. Forgotten passwords can be reset after correctly answering the three questions.
