Dr. Patricia Sendall
Vice Provost for Academic Affairs
Dr. Sendall joined the faculty in 1990 and and is currently the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs. She was an American Council on Education (ACE) Fellow in 2011-2012 and spent her fellowship in the fall of 2011 working under the Provost at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
Her leadership roles at Merrimack have included Faculty Senate President; Management Department Chair; a member of the Presidential Search committee; and member of the Appointment, Rank and Tenure Committee. Outside of Merrimack, she has served as President of the Academy of Business Education and member of the Board of Directors of the Academy of Business Education and the Education Special Interest Group (EDSIG) of the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP).
Currently, she is working on initiatives in internationalization and graduate studies. She co-chairs the ACE Internationalization Lab and International Leadership Team on campus and has been involved in study abroad initiatives in Chengdu, China and Wroxton, England.
She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Rowan University, an M.B.A. in Information Systems from St. Joseph’s University, a Certificate in Advanced Management Studies from Babson College and a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. She is also the author of numerous journal articles.
