Pre-Arrival & Orientation
Now that you’ve decided to study at Merrimack, here is some information to help you prepare.
Travel & Immigration Requirements
For students joining us for the Spring 2014 semester, please be sure to make your travel arrangements to arrive to Logan airport in Boston on Thursday January 16th between 8:00am - 6:00pm so you may participate in the International Student Orientation.
When traveling to the United States make sure you have the following documents with you:
- Valid Student Visa (Canadian citizens will receive a visa upon entering the U.S.)
- Your acceptance letter from Merrimack College
International students who arrive to Logan airport in Boston on Thursday January 16th between 8:00am - 6:00pm may be picked up at the airport by Merrimack College representatives. In order for us to greet you at the airport you must share your flight information and arrival time with us as soon as possible.

If it’s not possible for you to take it at home, we will offer the Math Placement Test on campus during orientation.
