Professor of Economics. 

Professor Amariglio has taught Principles of Microeconomics, Principles of Macroeconomics, Introduction to Economics, Intermediate Microeconomic Theory, Intermediate Macroeconomic Theory, U.S. Economic History, Economic Development, Marxian Economics, and International Economics.  Professor Amariglio is a highly accomplished scholar.  He was one of the founders of the interdisciplinary journal, Rethinking Marxism, and served as its initial Editor from 1988 to 1997.  He remains on the its editorial board to this day.  He has published widely on the philosophy and history of economic thought as well as on the intersection of economics and culture.  In addition to numerous journal articles and book articles, he has co-authored, with David Ruccio, Postmodern Moments of Modern Economics, published by Princeton University Press.
