Sociology & Criminology

Sociology (Criminology Majors)

In addition to the courses for the criminology major, all sociology minors are required to take the following TWO courses:

  • SOC 4300     Social Class in America
  • SOC 4725     Social Theory

Besides the required courses above, majors in criminology are required to take THREE of the elective courses listed below. Any courses that are taken for the criminology major cannot then be counted for the sociology minor.
