Laura Hall-Seelig received an AB in Mathematics and Italian and an MA in Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College, and received a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Her research is in number theory; her recent interests involve infinite towers of function fields.
In her spare time, Laura enjoys knitting and working on paper crafts. She is also currently involved in a quilting project.
