B.A. in Communication, Public Relations, University of Hartford; currently enrolled in Merrimack’s Master’s in Higher Education program
Favorite place on campus:
The Adirondack chairs - they are all around campus!
Fond memory or experience from your undergraduate years:
Being a student tour guide, I got to meet lots of new prospective students and it led me to my career in higher education.
Tips for high school seniors:
Embrace embarrassing moments, they’re going to happen and they make the best stories later on!
Last great book you read:
The Fault in Our Stars by John Green - it’s a tear jerker, but was very good! I’m excited to see the movie when it comes out in 2014.
Most played song on your ipod:
Right now its “Cups” by Anna Kendrick - It’s so catchy, I can’t get it out of my head!
Where would you like to travel:
I would love to explore the entire country of Spain. I spent a few days in Madrid on a high school trip to Europe, it was such a beautiful country.
One thing about you that may surprise your colleagues:
Quite frankly, I don’t think anything would surprise them! I’m an open book and have so many random stories, that I’m sure they have all heard at least three time!
One great discovery you’ve made on Merrimack’s campus:
The flatbread sandwiches at Zebi’s, mmmmm!
What makes Merrimack the place to be:
You get a small college and learning experience with all the amenities of a large college! D1 Hockey (and free tickets to the home games!), lots of different clubs and activities, all with the luxury of small class sizes and close relationships with faculty and staff.
