Philanthropy 101

Senior Class Gift Program

The purpose of the Senior Class Gift program is to promote a philanthropic spirit among the graduating class by providing students with an opportunity to start their legacy of giving to the College. By pooling resources and collectively spearheading a fundraising campaign, seniors can embark on this important milestone, having left their mark on the College and upon those who follow in their footsteps.

Who will benefit from my gift?

Your gift is considered an alumni donation, which will increase giving participation at the College and help move Merrimack up in the national and international rankings.

Student giving will encourage Merrimack alumni to give back.

All gifts make a difference, regardless of the size. Giving back shows that you support the schools, departments, faculty, and staff that have supported you during your studies at Merrimack.

How can I help?

There are four simple steps you can take to help make this Senior Gift Program the most successful to date:

  1. Make your senior class gift today!
  2. Encourage others to give: Forward this page to a friend and let them know why you think it’s important.
  3. Get your club, team, or organization to place its support behind this initiative.
  4. Join the Senior Class Gift Committee.
