To request an event, meeting, or fundraiser please use this form -  SO Event Registration Form.

It is end of semester report time!  Fill yours out here!

To request to reallocate your SGA Allocated Funds please out the form found here.

All student organizations need to complete their 2013-14 registration to be active for the academic year.  In order to complete your registration please fill out the Student Organization Registration Form, have four executive board members attend SOUL Training, have your advisor fill out and sign the Advisor Consent Form, and have every member of your organization initial and sign their own copy of the Anti-Hazing Agreement - please return these to us in a complete package. 

All student organizations registration materials are due to the Office of Student Involvement two weeks after your organization has been activated or approved by Student Government Association.
