Director, Teacher Education Fellowship
Marie Galinski is the program director for the Teacher Education Fellowship program. Prior to coming to Merrimack College, Dr. Galinski was Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent in Beverly Public Schools. She has worked as a building principal K-12 in both public and private schools. She began her career in education as a middle school teacher.
Dr. Galinski was an adjunct professor at Salem State University for 23 years. She has also served as a consultant to Bay State Reading Institute and is a member of Boards and Committees of private schools and organizations in the North Shore area.

Dr. Elaine Ward, an assistant professor in the School of Education & Social Policy, was chosen to serve as the Program Chair for the 2013 Annual Lynton Colloquium on the Scholarship of Engagement: The Engaged Scholar and the Engaged Campus.
