Still Deciding? Take us for a test-drive!
One prospective student’s first-hand experience helped him choose Merrimack
Choosing what college to attend is a huge decision. Many factors go into making this tough choice – but nothing is better than first-hand experience. So, just like you’d take a test-drive before buying a car – take Merrimack for a test-drive. Sit-in on a class, meet our professors, experience Merrimack for yourself, and see why it’s right for you.
That’s exactly what more than 75 prospective students and their parents did on Sunday, April 13th, when they attended Professor Taesoo Ahn’s sample class, titled “The Business of Sports.” Professor Ahn offered students and their parents a glimpse into what a business degree with a concentration in sports management is all about and what you can do with such a degree. In fact, prospective student Quentin Mancini walked away, saying “…after going to your academic sampler, I am now considering a major in Sports Management. I am very excited to enroll in Merrimack. I am even more excited to be in some of your classes next year!”
In addition to Professor Ahn’s sample class, Girard Business School professors presented three additional courses – “Human Resource Management Considerations for Today’s Business Environment,” “Marketing Matters,” and “Real-World Finance” – all geared to giving prospective students and their parents insight into the rigorous and interesting courses taught by our experienced Merrimack faculty.
