R.A.D. instructor and Merrimack Police Sergeant Tanya Merten tells Director of Procurement & Risk Management Maria Monks-Serrao about the R.A.D. self-defense program (Rape Aggression Defense Systems) held on campus periodically. The display was part of the recent Wellness Fair held on campus.
