Student Residences Project – Momentum @ Merrimack

Student Residences Project

The Residential Campus of the Future

As the Merrimack College mission and vision continues to attract students from regions across the country, the Student Residences project will play a significant role in allowing us to reach our enrollment vision of 3,000 undergraduate students and to provide housing for 80 percent of undergraduate students on campus by 2021.

A critical initiative within the College’s comprehensive growth strategy, the Student Residences Project will consist of five new residential buildings on an approximately two-acre site.

Designed as two- and three-story buildings, the project will accommodate approximately 350 student beds within four-student and six-student units. The Project includes 10 residential assistant units, a residential director apartment, student community space, laundry rooms, and trash/recycling facilities.
