Internship Experience - Kohl's
“Over this past summer, I worked for Kohl’s as a part of their retail leadership internship program. During this 8 week program, I had the opportunity to work on the floor, flow freight, unload trucks, merchandise apparel, as well as seeing behind the scenes data on how our store was performing. I also learned, through working with my managers, more skills about how to be an effective leader to our team. From this internship, I definitely gained customer service, merchandising, and management experience. All of these new skills I have gained will definitely help me in my future career. ”
