Stephanie Letourneau will present an “Introduction to Resilience” on campus for Merrimack College students, alumni and the local education community. This event is included in our 9-part series called R.E.S.T. (Resilient Educator Support Team). You may view our other workshops scheduled on the MINTS events page.

Event Details

This event is free and open to Merrimack College students, alumni, and the external community. Light refreshments will be served.

Merrimack College Campus, Crowe Hall – Room 212

Registration is required. Register Now. Register as soon as possible to secure your seat and to receive reminder emails with campus and/or Zoom logistics. Individual workshop announcements will be sent via MINTS email prior to each session.

Certificates of Participation

Certificates of participation (1 hour) will be provided to you following the workshop.

Presenter

Stephanie Letourneau has been a dedicated educator at Methuen Public Schools since 2001 and has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Merrimack College since 2019. She holds three Massachusetts teacher licensures, as well as a Certificate of Specialization in Social-Emotional Learning, a Certificate of Specialization in Mindfulness and Yoga (RYT 500), and a Certificate in Brain Longevity Teaching through the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation, bringing a wealth of expertise and a passion for holistic education. She is currently earning a second master’s degree in Transformational Teaching and Leadership. With a focus on fostering resilience and well-being among educators, she combines her extensive teaching experience with her deep understanding of mindfulness and brain health. Stephanie is committed to supporting educators in their professional and personal growth.
