Workshop Description:Â We can hone our attention to focus on our strengths, assets, and skills. This helps us generally feel better and enables us to respond to challenges more effectively. Focusing on strengths also boosts our levels of self-efficacy, and we feel more empowered to influence our surroundings.
Presenter Biography: Stephanie Letourneau is a certified mindfulness instructor and public school teacher with over 20 years of experience. In addition, she is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500) and is currently enrolled in the Brain Longevity Teacher Training through Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation. Stephanie also works as an adjunct professor for Merrimack College.
Certificates of participation (1 hour) will be provided to you following the workshop. This event is free and open to Merrimack College students, alumni, and the external community. Space is limited, so please RSVP as soon as possible with your information below! Additional event details and other logistics (i.e. Zoom link) will be communicated to you closer to the event.
