Merrimack College Post Office Hours & Location

Alert: Same-Day Delivery Not Accepted

We do not accept same-day deliveries from local businesses, such as Whole Foods Market, Walmart, Target, Staples, CVS, Stop & Shop, etc. 

Post Office Access for Royal Crest & Commuter Students

Merrimack College’s Post Office is available for use by commuters and students who live at Royal Crest.

If You Live at Royal Crest through Merrimack College:

You will automatically receive a mail stop. You should not have your mail sent to Royal Crest. Use the Merrimack College Post Office for mail service to ensure your mail and package delivery is secure. 

If you Live at Royal Crest through Your Own Lease or are a Commuter:

We urge you to stop by the Merrimack Post Office where we will assign you a mail stop number. Using our Post Office offers you a safe and secure way to receive your packages and mail. We cannot be held responsible for lost mail if you are not using our services.

How to Find Your Resident Mail Stop Number

  1. Log into MyMack
  2. Click “Student Info” on menu bar at top of page
  3. Click “Residence Life” on menu on left side of page
  4. Select “mail stop code only” from the drop down menu
  5. You should see your mail stop number here

How We Alert You That You Have Mail or a Package

You will receive a notification via your Merrimack email when your mail or package comes in. This email will direct you to either a window pickup at the Post Office or a locker pickup. Locker pickups require an access code that is included in the notification email.  

How to Pick Up Your Package

Merrimack uses an intelligent locker package retrieval system. You will either be directed via email to stop by the Post Office for pick up or to use a locker pickup.

For locker pickups:

  • When your package arrives, we will send you an access code via email. 
  • You have three days to access your package in the lockers. 
  • Lockers are located in the Sakowich Center- 2nd floor, Suite A, Room 230 – and are available to access when the building is open. 
  • If you are unable to pick up your package within three days, it will be delivered to the Post Office for pickup. 

How to Send a Merrimack Student Mail or a Package

  1. Ask your student for their mail stop number.
  2. Please address the mail or package in the following format:

Delivery Services

Merrimack’s Post Office accepts delivery from all major carriers.

Emergency Items for Delivery

Emergency items that need to arrive on a weekend, holiday or any other time the Post Office is closed may be sent c/o the Merrimack College Police Department and will be held for pickup.
